About the Journal

KJS is a rigorously peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing the fields of socio- and cultural linguistics. Its primary aim is to foster a vibrant and inclusive scholarly community by providing a dynamic platform for researchers, scholars, and professionals to present original research, critical reviews, and creative theoretical contributions that investigate language in its social and cultural dimensions.

Committed to addressing both current and foundational topics, KJS publishes high-quality articles that examine contemporary socio-linguistic issues, theoretical breakthroughs, and pertinent real-world applications. The journal appears biannually, with releases scheduled every June and December.

KJS is proudly published by Yayasan Literasi Altruis Khatulistiwa, based in Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia.
